Next Balboa Reservoir CAC Meeting is Monday November 13
The next Balboa Reservoir CAC meeting will be held on Monday, November 13, at 6:00pm in the City College Multi-Use Building, Room 140. More information on the meeting’s agenda will be provided soon. More about the Balboa Reservoir CAC here.
SFPUC Commission Meeting on October 24
[UPDATE (Oct 24) The Balboa Reservoir item on this meetings agenda has been moved to the November 14 SFPUC meeting.]
As described at the last BRCAC [Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee] meeting, the SFPUC Commission will vote to formalize the selection of the AvalonBay/BRIDGE Housing development team. This item will be heard at the next SFPUC Commission hearing on Tuesday, October 24. The Commission will not be considering the development team’s specific proposal; rather, they will decide whether the SFPUC should enter into negotiations with the development team (an “Exclusive Negotiating Agreement”). This means deciding whether the City can move forward with the AvalonBay/BRIDGE Housing team and provide them with feedback, refine their proposal, initiate environmental review, and ultimately seek project approvals (which will require going back to the SFPUC Commission, as well as the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors).
