The developer team will be showing their plans for the Balboa Reservoir housing project at the next meeting of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee on Monday Apr 9, 6-8pm, at the CCSF Multi-Use Building. This community meeting offers an opportunity not only for local residents to see the plans, but to comment on them.
Now that the City has approved the Fiscal Feasibility Report, the plan presented at this meeting will be closer to the final version. Then it goes into the environmental review process. Community input is a part of the process now and into the coming months.
The project site is located west of Phelan Ave and north of Ocean Ave. All residents are welcome at the BRCAC meetings. There is an open public comment period.
