The Office of Assessor Carmen Chu and the SF Public Library will be presenting workshops around San Francisco in 2019.  The topic is Property Tax Savings for Families and Seniors.  We will cover how your property taxes are calculated and share tax savings that folks may be eligible for as homeowners in California.

Free concert at Sunnyside Conservatory on July 11

On Thursday July 11 (7 to 8 PM) you are invited to a free music event featuring local talent, sponsored by Sunnyside Neighborhood Association, at Sunnyside Conservatory (236 Monterey Blvd):

Young, Old, New and Bold: a concert of new and old tunes, young performers, not so young performers.

• The Sunny Winds, comprised of neighborhood denizens: Danessa Miller, clarinet, Ruth Keys, flute, Louise Pescetta, oboe, Jason Gibbs, bassoon, and Carol Yarbrough, horn. Guest: Alex Strachan, horn.
• The Jostlein Players: Thomas and Trish Jostlein, St. Louis Symphony horns, and their sons, Klaus, violin and Max, cello.
