Sunnyside Community Connectors is holding an informational session of the Vial of Life program. Learn about how individuals can have their complete medical information ready in their home for responder personnel to use during an emergency.
This easy-to-use Vial provided crucial medical information when a patient is not able to speak or remember this information.
